Eric McNulty – Thought Leadership Strategist

Eric J. McNulty is a seasoned thought leadership strategist, writer and speaker on leadership and management issues with particular expertise on sustainability, social enterprise, innovation, and leadership/talent development.

He currently holds an appointment at the National Preparedness Leadership Initiative at the Harvard School of Public Health and works with several clients, including MontaRosa, on thought leadership projects.

Previously Eric served as Editor-at-Large and Director of Conferences for Harvard Business Publishing. He has developed conferences and workshops with such thought leaders as Clayton Christensen, Thomas Davenport, John Hagel, Gary Hamel, Jeffrey Rayport, as well as many leading global executives. He also has developed general enrollment programs and custom programs for such clients as Accenture, Bain, Coca-Cola, IBM, SAS, the Society for Human Resource Management, and UPS.

He has written for Harvard Business Review, Harvard Management Update, Marketwatch, Strategy and Innovation, and the Boston Business Journal, and other journals. He is a frequent speaker at business events and has been a guest lecturer at MIT and Bentley College. He is also Nomad-in-Chief at www.executivenomad.com.

Eric earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
