As MontaRosa’s Knowledge Leader, Jodi is actively involved with leadership search for transforming companies. She is also driving research in such leadership trends as corporate governance, human capital and operating partners in private equity, emerging markets, sustainability, and metric-driven performance indicators for the next generation of leaders.
Prior to joining MontaRosa, Jodi was a senior associate and knowledge manager in the Private Equity, Venture Capital & Alternative Financing Practice at Heidrick & Struggles where she worked exclusively on senior-level search assignments for almost nine years.
Previously, Jodi was an associate director at The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania and a research assistant in equity research and the special projects coordinator to the CEO at Montgomery Securities.
Before that Jodi spent two years researching economic and population issues in developing countries at the World Resources Institute in Washington, D.C., which led her to a two-year stint in the Peace Corps in Cameroon, Central Africa.
Jodi earned a bachelor’s degree in international affairs and commerce with a minor in French from the University of the Pacific. She studied abroad at the University of Nantes, France.
