Tamara Bartels – Operations Leader
For the past several years, Tamara has worked on consulting assignments for professional services firms, her main clients being two of the top five executive search firms. Her last assignment before joining MontaRosa was with Heidrick & Struggles, where she assisted the global head of the Private Equity, Venture Capital & Alternative Financing Practice. Prior to that she worked as a project manager involved in the company’s innovation and marketing strategies.Before moving to the United States Tamara worked in human resources at Cargill International in Switzerland where she ran the recruiting and training programs for commodity traders in the grain, freight, and financial markets. Before that she worked for several years in marketing functions at Procter & Gamble and Hewlett-Packard. She began her career with Boyden International in Geneva, Switzerland.
