Tracy Robinson – Search Execution Expert
Tracy Robinson joined MontaRosa in 2009 as Search Execution Leader. Prior to that Tracy spent almost four years as an associate at Heidrick & Struggles, the global executive search firm. As a member of its Global Technology Practice, she worked on officer- and VP-level searches for private, venture-backed and publicly traded companies in the technology sector across multiple verticals including enterprise software, web services, semiconductor, security, storage, wireless, database and clean technologies. She was also a member of the Financial Services Practice, leading search execution for private equity firms and large financial institutions.
Tracy’s previous experience includes nine years of business development and recruiting for various public and private technology companies throughout the Bay Area. Preceding her work at Heidrick & Struggles, she was a business development manager responsible for leading the Application Services Practice in the Northwest Region for CompuCom Systems. Before that she was a principal at a boutique search firm in San Francisco, conducting searches in a variety of industries including Consumer, Healthcare, Financial Services and Technology.
Tracy earned a bachelor’s degree in Managerial and Agricultural Economics from the University of California, Davis.
